What we receive

The request form asks for three things: your name, a way to reach you (phone, Telegram or WhatsApp) and, if you like, your question. The form also sends the address and topic of the page you sent it from, so the specialist knows which visa you are asking about.

A hidden anti-spam field sits in the form. People never see or fill it, so it holds no personal data. We do not collect passport details, document scans or bank information through the form. If a specialist needs any of that to look at your case, they will ask separately in the conversation.

Why we need it

Only to contact you and answer your question about the retirement visa. We do not add your contact to mailing lists and we do not sell it to anyone.

Where your request goes

When you press send, the request goes to this site's request function. It checks that a name and a contact are present and forwards the request to the Telegram bot our specialists use to handle enquiries. The site itself does not keep a copy of what you sent. A specialist then contacts you through the messenger or phone number you gave.

Cookies and visit counters

To count visits, the site may use Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager. These services set cookies and collect data that does not name you: which pages were opened, for how long and from what kind of device.

For visitors from the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the counters start only after you agree in the cookie banner. You can decline there, and you can reset an earlier choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Deleting or correcting your data

Message us on Telegram with the contact you left in the form. We will delete the request and the conversation about it, or correct the details if something is wrong. Questions about how your data is used go to the same place.
